Built in 1904, Terrara House is a spectacular Federation Filagree mansion in the Shoalhaven district, and one of the most prestigious private houses in Australia.

A new chapter in the history of Terrara House began in 2018, as the new owners vision was to continue to offer the estate as a beautiful place to host weddings and events. Unlike the previous owners, they don’t live onsite and so they have always wanted this grand Estate to be able to open its doors fully for others to enjoy.

In February 2020, the business officially reopened to welcome guests for luxury stays, weddings and events. A launch weekend was curated to welcome the wider community and stakeholders to share in the new experience.
