Meet the Directors
Dave Mills and Kristy Franks came together in November 2018 having worked for Solotel and Matt Moran’s portfolio of bars, pubs and restaurants. Together they have produced events and brand activations, curated bespoke experiences for VIP customers, managed key business and consumer relationships whilst maintaining a positive, results driven culture.
With a combined 35 years experience that includes owning their own restaurant, Dave and Kristy have supported award winning businesses, achieving national titles in catering awards, best bar and restaurants in industry awards and with their combined skills encompassing a complete hospitality approach, deliver professionalism, personalization and authenticity to all aspects of business.
If Dave and Kristy aren’t hosting friends and family, you can find them jetting off to different regions and overseas destinations; meeting winemakers, producers and suppliers directly whilst adventuring the outdoors and absorbing the locals' experience. As a result, the Dave + Kristy itineraries are famous amongst friends, families and acquaintances.
From the beginning it has been evident there was symmetry in Dave and Kristy’s love for travel, creativity, giving an experience, managing business and leading a team whilst having fun and creating a sense of adventure along the way.
In January 2020 Mills + Franks was born - a company specialising in the curation of bespoke hospitality experiences in unique destinations, helping businesses create lasting memories for their guests and helping consumers seek out and curate their one of a kind experiences.
