‘Coast to Coast’ with Pilu & Ormeggio

As part of the Shoalhaven Food Network ‘Celebration of Food’ Month, we and the team at Terrara House joined forces with Sydney's iconic Italian restaurants - Ormeggio & Pilu for a "Coast to Coast" rivalry dinner.

Chefs Giovanni Pilu and Alessandro Pavoni took inspiration from the Italian coast, drawing from their location in Sydney’s Northern Beaches to popping up here on the NSW South Coast with a curated dining menu enjoyed in the grounds of the Terrara House Estate.

The experience held in Chesters saw 96 guests dine in a ‘pop up' restaurant indulging in a shared 4 course menu sourced from hero producers across South Coast and regional NSW. Paired beautifully with matching wines or non-alcoholic options from the Terrara Artisan team, this was a culinary adventure not to be missed.
